**Job Title: Sales Associate – Indian Jewellery Store (Female)**

**Job Description:**
Shanti Gold And Diamonds is looking for a motivated and experienced **Female Sales Associate** to join our retail jewellery store team. We are seeking someone with **at least 2 years of experience in an Indian jewellery store environment**, who is confident in customer service and passionate about sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to build customer relationships while delivering excellent sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery products
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong product knowledge and customer engagement
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery options
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/POS transactions
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized
- Assist with inventory handling and stock management
- Support day-to-day store operations and perform other general store duties as required
**Requirements:**
- Minimum **2 years of experience in an Indian jewellery retail store**
- Proven ability to achieve strong sales performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of Indian jewellery styles, designs, and customer preferences is an asset
