We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to engage with customers and assist them with their needs will play a crucial role in enhancing their shopping experience. Must be available either Saturday or Sunday. Students welcome.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are processed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to process sales and returns.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or email.
