Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the financing process for new and used vehicle buyers, explaining loan options, terms, and payment plans clearly.
- Collaborate with lenders to secure the best financing options for customers, negotiating terms when necessary.
- Assist customers in completing credit applications and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop personalized financing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current financial products, interest rates, and dealership promotions.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the buying process.
- Achieve dealership targets related to finance penetration rates and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive finance or related financial services within a dealership environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
- Knowledge of sales processes, credit analysis, and relevant legal regulations.
- Proficiency in math to accurately calculate payments, interest rates, and loan terms.
- Dealership experience is preferred but not required; relevant financial or sales experience is valuable.
