About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Nail Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional services while helping elevate our team and client experience.
This is more than a nail technician position—it's an opportunity to become a leader within a growing studio that values professionalism, continuous education, and creating meaningful client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform exceptional manicures and pedicures with precision and attention to detail
- Provide structured gel, builder gel, gel polish, and natural nail services
- Deliver an outstanding luxury client experience from consultation through checkout
- Recommend retail products and educate clients on nail health and home care
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and infection prevention standards
- Assist in mentoring junior technicians and contribute to a positive team culture
- Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing education
- Help maintain the high presentation standards of the studio
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional nail technician experience
- Certified Nail Technician
- Experience with gel products and natural nail services
- Strong shaping, cuticle work, and finishing skills
- European Dry Manicure experience is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
