Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our educational programs, attract new students, and enhance our brand presence in the Canadian market. This role will focus on promoting lesson and keeping track of company's finances, making proficiency in both English and Mandarin essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on promoting Chinese culture and designing excellence lesson plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of Vast Education.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC, to reach target audiences and generate leads.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and webinars to showcase our programs and engage with prospective students, highlighting our unique focus on Chinese culture.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market expansion in education sector.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI.
- Foster relationships with community organizations, cultural institutions, and media outlets to enhance our visibility and reach within the Chinese community.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Vast Education, representing our values and mission to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector.
- A valid driver's license
- Proven experience in handle financial tasks
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving measurable results and achieving targets.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada, with a valid Permanent Residency (PR), or Canadian Citizenship identification.
