Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality menu items consistently according to standard recipes.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment (adhering to food safety standards).
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Assist with prep work, portion control, and inventory management as needed.
Job Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

Local Candidates Only: You must currently reside in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or resort setting.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to Timberlea (public transit can be limited depending on shift times).
Schedule: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certifications: Valid Food Safety Certification is considered a strong asset.
