Epoxy Floor Installer / Team Lead Opportunity

Propel Garages is a growing epoxy flooring company looking to add a reliable, hardworking team member to our crew. This is a full-time position with consistent work and opportunity to grow into a team lead role for the right person. We specialize in grinding, repairing, and coating concrete floors in residential and commercial spaces. We’re looking for someone who is professional, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Grind, repair, and prepare concrete floors - apply epoxy and floor coating systems
- Operate tools and equipment such as grinders and drills - Load/unload materials and equipment - Maintain clean and organized job sites -Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Own transportation
- Able to lift heavy equipment/materials
- Comfortable using construction tools and equipment
- Reliable and punctual
- English speaking
Assets (Required):
- Construction or flooring experience
- Experience driving a cube truck
