Wildwood Care Centre in St. Marys, Ontario, is currently seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team on a casual basis.
As a casual PSW, you will have the flexibility to pick up shifts that fit your availability while making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
- Perform safe resident transfers, positioning, and mobility support.
- Observe and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to the Charge Nurse.
- Maintain clean, safe living spaces and follow all infection prevention and control standards.
- Provide empathetic companionship and maintain respectful relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate from a recognized Ontario college or training institution (or equivalent recognized healthcare education).
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Background Checks: Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check (dated within the last 6 months).
- Health Requirements: negative Tuberculosis (TB) test.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork, punctuality, and a genuine passion for senior care.
Work Location & Schedule
- Location: In person at 100 Ann Street, St. Marys, ON
- Schedule: On-call / Casual (Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends)
