Service Advisor Position Available at Active Green + Ross Burlington

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Advisor Team at our top-performing Burlington location. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, build strong relationships, and qoute and sell repairs as needed for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve clients at the service desk
- Book service appointments and manage workflow
- Prepare and present accurate estimates and work orders
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or service REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Positive attitude, friendly, and approachable
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Punctual, responsible, and reliable
