About the Job
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Leasing Coordinator on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you will act as the intermediary between applicants and the Company to property viewings and lease negotiations. This role will be based at our Head Office in North York, with frequent travel between various locations in Toronto and the GTA. The duration of this temporary assignment will be for six months with the possibility of extension or transition into a permanent position. This is an in-person role that requires availability to work evenings/weekends/holidays on occasion.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring comprehensive showcasing of suites and amenities to prospective tenants.
- Provide detailed property information to potential tenants, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Support in the preparation of listings and marketing materials for units.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective tenants, focusing on converting viewings into successful leases.
- Respond to rental inquiries via phone and email promptly and informatively.
- Support in the communication with suite owners, providing regular updates on rental progress.
- Support and coordinate lease applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the tenant move-in processes, including orientations, inspections, and key handovers.
- Coordinate with cooperating brokers for MLS-listed properties.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for both owners and tenants with regards to the move-in process.
Educational Background
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree.
Prior Experience
- A minimum of two years of progressive work experience.
- Experience in residential leasing or rental management preferred.
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in lead conversion.
