Position Summary
As a Self Storage Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll assist with unit rentals, answer questions, process payments, maintain the facility, and help ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Recommend storage solutions based on customer needs.
- Rent storage units and complete rental agreements.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance daily transactions.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
- Conduct property tours and explain facility features and security measures.
- Perform regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with light maintenance, merchandising, and office organization.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk the property as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Self Storage experience preferred
Pay: $17.20-$27.59 per hour
