We’re looking for a Production Brewer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes real pride in the craft. This role is ideal for someone who knows the rhythm of a brewhouse, understands the details that matter, and is excited to contribute across a growing and diverse beverage portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run and monitor our 40hL brewhouse and 5hL pilot system.
- Execute all stages of brewing: milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, hopping, and wort cooling.
- Follow recipes with precision to deliver consistent, high-quality products.
- Perform sensory analysis and identify quality issues across a range of beverages.
- Support yeast management (cropping, pitching) and fermentation processes
- Handle tank transfers, blending, and dry hopping.
- Operate centrifuge for product clarification.
- Work across cellar operations, including tank cleaning (CIP) and wastewater handling.
- Complete tank checks and support QC sampling and analysis.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
- Follow SOPs, GMPs, and all safety protocols (PPE required).
- Keep accurate production logs and records.
- Work closely with the team to meet production and quality targets.
What You Bring:
- Completion of post-secondary education in brewing, fermentation science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production brewing role.
- Strong understanding of brewing processes, quality control, and sanitation standards.
- Experience operating both large-scale brewhouses and pilot systems.
- Knowledge of yeast management and sensory evaluation techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift 50lbs and manoeuvre up to 75lbs.
- Comfortable working on your feet, walking, twisting, lifting and bending for extended periods.
- Able to work in hot, cold, wet, and physically demanding environments.
- Comfortable working around chemicals, hot liquids, machinery, ladders and production equipment.
