Landscape Construction Labourer (Full-Time)

Pickard Landscape Construction is a growing team specializing in patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. We take pride in clean, well-run job sites and strong crew culture.We’re hiring 3 reliable labourers to join our team for the upcoming season.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Site prep, grading, and base work
- Planting trees, shrubs, and garden beds
- Supporting builds of fences and other outdoor features
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site
What We’re Looking For
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Physically capable (lifting, digging, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Takes direction well and works as part of a team
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience in landscaping or construction
- Experience with pavers, retaining walls, or grading
- Equipment experience (skid steer, plate tamper, etc.)

Requirements
- Valid G license with clean driving record (required)
- Reliable transportation to shop
- Ability to arrive at shop by 7:00 AM daily
- Willingness to learn and work hard

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Skilled Labor: 2 years (preferred)
