We are a new European-inspired wine bar, featuring an intimate 23-seat restaurant that specializes in offering simple yet elevated dishes crafted from locally sourced seasonal products. Currently, we are actively seeking a Part-Time Prep Cook to join our dedicated team.

Prep Cook Job Duties:
- Processing and Organizing Inventory: Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring proper organization and adherence to quality standards.
- Recipe Preparation: Skillfully prepare recipes to contribute to the creation of our signature dishes.
- Dishwashing: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by efficiently handling dishwashing duties.
- Cleaning: Uphold the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workspace, ensuring a sanitary and organized environment.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour (dependent upon experience)
Schedule:
- Part-Time: 18 hours per week
- Days: Weekdays and Weekends
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant within a similar role is a prerequisite for this position.
