What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in assigned neighbourhoods and introduce our services
- Build trust and establish positive first impressions
- Identify customer needs and explain how our services can help
- Schedule appointments and generate qualified leads
- Conduct follow-up phone calls with prospective customers to answer questions, confirm interest, and help move opportunities through the sales process
- Reconnect with previous leads and customers to maintain relationships and generate additional business
- Track customer interactions using our CRM system
- Work as part of a two-person team, supporting each other while managing assigned neighbourhoods and daily activity
- Represent the company professionally and positively in the community

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training for individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
Compensation & Earning Potential Pay: $22.00–$30.00+ per hour
- Earn $22.00/hour base pay
- Earn an additional $10 bonus for every lead that books an appointment
- Additional performance incentives and bonuses may be available
Your effort directly impacts your earnings. Representatives who consistently engage homeowners, generate quality leads, and follow up effectively can substantially increase their income through performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications
- Valid G Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with insurance and full access during work hours
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing time and daily goals
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, canvassing, community outreach, or other customer-facing experience is considered an asset
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset but not required
