Backs in Action Rehab & Wellness Centre (BiA)is comprised of a team of passionate and collaborative health professionals and staff that are committed to creating customized programs to get our patients back in action!
We are a multi-disciplinary clinic located in a busy Vancouver Business Community across from the Renfrew Skytrain Station. We are a growing team of integrated healthcare professionals consisting of chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and counselors. The spacious 2,000 sq ft clinic has state-of-the-art equipment and fully furnished treatment rooms offering multi-modal care. At BiA you can focus on patient care while leaving the booking, billing, administrative support (full-service in-house laundry included), and marketing to us. Our current RMT team is fully booked and we are seeking a like-minded RMT to take advantage of this success as well as to take on an existing patient base.
Skytrain accessibility, ample free parking, online booking and direct billing to insurance is available to all our clients. New grads, as well as established practitioners, are encouraged to apply for part-time and/or full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and develop customized massage therapy treatment plans.
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate therapies or lifestyle adjustments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all interactions and treatments.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements.
Requirements
- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with local regulations (preferred).
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage and healthcare settings.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to listen attentively and address client concerns professionally.
- Prior experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in healthcare practice.
Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
