The Reservations Specialist serves as an ambassador for The Pearle Hotel & Spa, acting as the first touchpoint for guests and setting the tone for the relationship that follows. They are responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized booking experience across hotel, spa, and dining reservations. With a deep understanding of the property’s offerings, they guide guests through tailored recommendations, coordinate special requests, and ensure every detail is accurately captured and communicated. Acting with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, the Reservations Specialist plays a key role in creating memorable stays while upholding the service excellence and values of Pearle Hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of room pricing, packages, promotions, spa services, dining menus and The Pearle Hotel & Spa website to effectively assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Stay fully informed of local events and attractions in order to help provide recommendations and guidance to guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and email, ensuring clear communication and a seamless booking experience.
- Follow established reservation standards and procedures to maintain consistency and service excellence.
- Make hotel, spa and restaurant reservations coordinating special requests and enhancements to ensure positive guest experience.
- Ensure that all guest preferences and special requests are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
- Provide personalized recommendations to enhance guest stays, including room upgrades, spa enhancements and dining experiences.
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities to support revenue goals while enhancing guest experience.
- Address guest concerns or booking issues with empathy, professionalism, and timely follow-up.
- Monitor booking trends and guest preferences to identify opportunities and ensure the property continues to meet evolving guest expectations.
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude in all interactions, taking ownership of your actions and contributing to a respectful work environment.
- Uphold Pearle’s values of quality, kindness, collaboration, and perseverance in your daily work and interactions.
- Stay informed and aligned by attending all required meetings and trainings.
- Consistently follow operational protocols, company policies, and procedures.
