We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Merchandiser with a strong interest in the apparel industry to join our dynamic merchandising team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Job duties:
- Assist the merchandising team in preparing customer orders.
- Arranging and processing fit samples.
- Ensure products deliver consistent fit and quality to customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Some administrative tasks.
- Stay up to date with legislation/requirements on textiles, clothing and labelling posed by the government and customers.
Skills & requirements:
- Possess strong mathematical skills and able to multitask.
- Details oriented with good organization skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English and knowing Cantonese is an asset.
- Knowledge in textiles and clothing are an asset.
- Minimum one year related experience required.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
