Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately installing kitchen cabinets and related fixtures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in carpentry, woodworking, or general construction is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Measure and prepare installation sites according to project specifications
- Read and interpret kitchen drawings and installation instructions
- Install kitchen cabinets, hardware with precision using hand tools and power tools
- Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of work
- Perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed during installation
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout the project
Skills
- Experience with cabinet installation, woodworking, carpentry, and use of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of construction caulking, plumbing, electrical workrestoration, heavy lifting techniques, and handyman skills is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various environments
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members
- Prior experience in cabinetry installation desirable
