We’re currently hiring for an Assistant Residential Cleaner position to join our growing team.

Residential Cleaner Responsibilities
- Cleaning residential homes throughout the Westshore area
- Vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Following company cleaning systems and checklists
- Working efficiently and safely with a teammate
- Providing friendly, professional service in client homes
- Occasionally battling fitted sheets that refuse to cooperate
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physically active work
- Able to work well with a teammate
- Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Residential cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and improve
Job Details
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday between 9:00am–4:30pm
- Approximately 19-25 hours per week
- Location: Westshore / Victoria BC
