The Position
We are seeking a hard working and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, storing, and moving products to support our operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks manually or using warehouse equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
- Assist with shipping documentation and labeling as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Always follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution (Required)
- Previous Experience working in the diamond drilling industry (Preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Regular work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
