Pastry Baker – MIX The Bakery | Point Grey, Vancouver $21–$25/hr | Full-Time
MIX The Bakery is a busy neighbourhood bakery and café in Point Grey, Vancouver. We do everything from scratch — from laminated pastries to celebration cakes — and we're looking for a skilled pastry baker to join our team.
What you'll be making:
- Croissants and laminated doughs
- Cakes, cupcakes, and muffins
- Scones, cookies, and other baked goods
- Cake decorating and finishing
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of professional pastry or baking experience
- Solid technique across a range of products — you should be comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability for early morning starts (6am) and occasional weekends as needed
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
What we offer:
- $21–$25/hr depending on experience
