Residential House Cleaner (aka House Cleaning Champion)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Pay: $22–$23/hour to start + paid twice a month
Probation: 90 days

What It is All About
You’ll work in a crew of 2 and typically clean 2 to 4 homes a day (we strive for 4). You’ll help keep customers happy, homes sparkling, and your team on track. You can expect to work weekdays and daytime hours. You will have weekends and statutory holidays off!
Your responsibilities:
- Clean homes from top to bottom (dusting, vacuuming, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
- Track job times and maintain efficient workflow
- Travel in a branded company vehicle
- Wear your uniform proudly and help maintain supplies/equipment
- Communicate clearly with your teammates and office
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude every single day
What You Bring
- You’re physically fit and ready for demanding, full-body work — this is active, on-the-go work that can feel like a workout
- You have a valid BC driver’s license (Full Class 5 or N)
- You’re fine with pets and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and upbeat
- You’re open to learning and love being part of a team
- You’re willing to go through a criminal background check
- Cleaning experience is great — but we train for skill and hire for attitude
