Overview
We are seeking 8 motivated and dedicated Licensed Realtors to run a mall kiosk in a busy and multi-lingual plaza. You will need to possess a strong work ethic, initiative, a strong understanding of the local market and have a passion for helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. As a Licensed Realtor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service on the spot, building lasting relationships, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience for all parties involved.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process starting from point of contact.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and open house events.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to transactions, including paperwork, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other professionals within the industry
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
- Effectively and efficiently manage incoming inquiries
Experience
- A valid real estate licence is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with administrative duties related to real estate transactions.
