Overview
We are seeking a motivated Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, caulking, and installation of fixtures.
- Support carpentry activities, including cutting, measuring, and assembling components according to schematics or blueprints.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform restoration work, including surface preparation and painting.
- Assist with plumbing installations and repairs as needed.
- Support welding tasks and flooring installation projects, including tile laying.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
- Knowledge of construction processes, carpentry, plumbing, welding, and flooring installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics for various trades such as restoration and painting.
- Experience with demolition, caulking, tile laying, drywall installation, and other finishing tasks is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards.
