Our food offering is an amazing blend Japanese and French cuisines. Our kitchen team is responsible for executing menu items, meeting presentation and timing standards, and maintaining a clean, well stocked and organized work area.Position:
1 Sushi line cook: full- time

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Precise portioning of ingredients and knife work (slicing fish, vegetables, and other toppings).
- Sushi Making: Prepare high-quality sushi, including rolls (maki), flame-torched oshi and sashimi according to restaurant recipes.
- Station Management: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times; follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
salary: $19-$23 ( plus Tips):
Pay: $19.00-$25.49 per hour
