Job Summary
As an Operations & Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting both our customers and our sales team. You will help ensure orders are processed accurately, customer requests are handled promptly, inventory is maintained, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, multitasking, and being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
You will work closely with our sales representatives, service technicians, suppliers, and customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial order through final delivery.
Your Impact
Your work will directly contribute to the success of our sales and service teams by ensuring customers receive outstanding service and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Success in this role means:
- Customers receive timely, accurate service.
- Sales representatives spend more time selling and less time on administrative work.
- Orders move efficiently from quote to delivery.
- Inventory remains organized and accurate.
- Internal communication flows smoothly between sales, service, purchasing and customers.
Position Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails.
- Process customer orders and prepare purchase orders.
- Prepare customer quotations for standard products and services.
- Coordinate product ordering with suppliers.
- Receive, ship and track customer orders.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts and stock organization.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Work closely with the service department to coordinate customer repairs and programming requests.
- Help prepare sales documentation, proposals and presentations.
- Assist with rental equipment administration and tracking.
- Support warranty administration and vendor communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in continuous product and systems training.
- Assist with other operational and administrative duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, operations, administration, purchasing, logistics, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience using ERP or CRM software is considered an asset.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- Experience in the communications, technology, construction, industrial or distribution industries is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $41,600.00-$60,000.00 per year
