Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction / Restoration Superintendent to lead and oversee complex construction and restoration projects. This pivotal role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction site experience, strong management skills, and proficiency with industry-standard construction management software. Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues..
- Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work for compliance with blueprints, schematics, and industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Supervise a team of construction personnel; provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record supervising large-scale projects.
