Retail Sales Associate – Rogers Wireless (Full-Time / Part-Time)

CellKonnect is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate with Rogers/Fido wireless sales experience to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Sell Rogers and Fido wireless products, plans, upgrades, accessories, and home internet.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and recommend the best solutions for customers.
- Process activations, upgrades, payments, and transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Promote and upsell phones, accessories, protection plans, and other services.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while staying up to date on current promotions.
Requirements
- Previous Rogers/Fido wireless sales experience is required.
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Punjabi, Hindi, or other languages are an asset.
