We are seeking a creative Senior Manager, Communications Strategy to lead our brand storytelling efforts and drive impactful communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting compelling narratives, developing effective communication strategies, and leveraging various tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey our brand's value proposition.
Lead the creation of customized sales decks, ensuring alignment with company objectives and messaging, and crafting impactful stories that resonate with target audiences.
Conduct regular analyses of competitor positioning and market trends to ensure our pitch remains ahead of the curve and distinctively compelling.
Train and lead teams in the art of pitch delivery, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all external and business development communications.
Serve as a primary storyteller, identifying and highlighting unique and compelling narratives across all external communication materials and social media designed to to distinguish our brand in the marketplace.
Drive copywriting efforts to articulate key messages and enhance brand storytelling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication strategies into business development initiatives and marketing materials.
Champion a startup mindset in communication efforts, emphasizing the "why you should care" narrative.
Manage external social media platforms and PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Use compelling narratives and interactive content to grow our follower base and turn casual followers into loyal brand advocates.
Oversee the production of standout social media content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with target demographics, including videos, blogs, infographics, and live sessions.
Utilize analytics tools to track engagement metrics and adapt strategies to optimize performance and audience satisfaction.
Utilize social media AI to execute social strategies effectively.
Utilize AI and leverage technology to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5-8 years) in a communications role, with a focus on storytelling, brand strategy, and copywriting.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
Experience managing external agencies and resources, including designers, to enhance communication materials.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
