Kreos Group of companies is looking for a casual FBO Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Saskatoon. The role acts as the first impression for all charter, fuel and FBO customers. The individual in this position must have the ability to provide engaging, detailed-oriented customer service while coordinating the front desk in an unpredictable environment.
We are looking to fill a Casual Position at our Saskatoon base.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- First impression and point of contact with all clients ensuring all customers are always greeted professionally, including in person, phone or radio
- Daily coordination and processing various transactions including invoices, batching, data entry, accounts receivable of cash, credit cards on account transactions
- Organize arrivals, departures, and concierge for FBO customers including fuel, car rentals, hotels, catering, meeting room as well as any other retests or assistance required during their stay
- Provide check-in service including weighing/organizing baggage and cargo
- Provide full administration duties and maintains office supplies inventory maintains commissary, coffee supplies and bottled water
- Provide general upkeep, stocking and light housekeeping for the reception, boardroom, pilot lounge, kitchen and commissary areas
- Operate a multi-line telephone system and radio base unit communicating with aircraft and ground vehicles
- Dispatch and coordinate fuelers and ramp coordinators for ground service, marshalling, and fueling
- Daily coordination and processing of various transactions including invoicing and data entry
- Operate a multi-line telephone system and radio system communicating with aircraft and ground vehicles
- Provided general upkeep, stocking, and light housekeeping for the building.
- Assist in promoting and marketing the Kreos Group of company's products and services
- Other duties that as may arise and may be assigned under the scope of the FBO
- All personnel are encouraged to be on the alert for hazards on the job. All personnel are responsible for the prompt and diligent reporting of all observed or suspected hazards

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience working with the public in a customer service setting
- Willingness to learn and gain necessary certifications

- Computer skills (including Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Teams) with a high degree of accuracy

Typical Physical Demands
- Long periods of sitting coupled with long periods of data entry at a computer
- Ability to meet overtime requirements when required
- Ability to manually lift up to 30 pounds in a safe manner, using the correct lifting techniques

- Ability to quickly adapt to changing assignments or situation
- Must be prepared to effectively resolve and deal with situations that may create stress and tension ensuring the high standard of quality service is not impacted
Working Conditions
- Aviation hangar and normal office environment
- Occasional outdoor duties on the ramp
- Occasional need to drive to pick up supplies or catering
