Responsibilities to include:

Ensuring quality assurance and excellent customer service.

Maintaining knowledge of a wide range of products and accessories.

Providing customer education on Seed & Stone's range of products.

Providing a smooth full-spectrum customer experience.

Maintaining a pleasant and organized environment.

Strict adherence to all policy and compliance, including Seed and Stone policies, Provincial, and Federal.

Coordinate deliveries from our stores to customers.

Ensure direct delivery to customers from 19 years old.

Make sure cannabis is not given to intoxicated individuals.

Offer excellent customer service, guaranteeing all customers an impeccable delivery experience.

Other duties as required.
Qualifications for this role include:

Strong customer service skills.

Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel.

Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well in high volume, high level of care, retail environment.

Ability to work as a member of a team.
-
Strong cannabis knowledge and passion is an asset.
-
Have cannabis retail experience is an asset.
-
Valid driver's license level 5 licenses ( 'N' or 'Intl' is not accepted).

3 years of driving experience is preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours in all weather conditions.

Knowledge of the Victoria/BC.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.
