ABOUT THE ROLE
- Inspection, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and preventative maintenance of customer equipment
- Set up of dealer stock inventory for customer retails
- Reading and understanding technical manuals, schematics and other relevant documentation
- Provide supporting documentation for consistent, clear and timely work orders, both for internal and customer purposes
- Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with customers directly to enhance the overall customer experience
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes
- Each technician is required to have their own tools needed to complete their job with the exception of specialized OEM tools provided by Edmonton Kubota
- Travel to off-site locations may be required
- Overtime as required
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma
- Certified Journeyman Technician
- Minimum 3 years of related industry experience demonstrating an ability to diagnose all standard equipment
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with clean driving record

Pay: $41.00-$45.00 per hour
