We are a Manitoba-based manufacturer of commercial and industrial hydronic systems and components, serving customers across North America with high-quality engineered solutions. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Assembly Technician to join our production team.
This position focuses on the assembly of commercial-grade, high-output pressure washer systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and appreciate seeing a finished product at the end of each day, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble commercial high pressure washer systems according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Install electric motors, CAT water pumps, pulleys, belts, guards, plumbing components, and related hardware.
- Safely assemble larger equipment using hydraulic lift tables and other material-handling equipment.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Update production progress using computer-based production spreadsheets.
- Assist with other manufacturing, assembly, and shop duties as required.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Basic mathematical skills; mechanical or technical training is considered an asset.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar software.
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions with attention to detail.
- Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks and work with large, heavy equipment using appropriate lifting devices.
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
