We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist cum Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both traditional barbering and modern hairstyling techniques, including coloring, smoothening, and straightening. Responsibilities:
- Haircuts and trimming for men, women, and children
- Beard grooming and shaving
- Blow-drying and styling
- Hair coloring, highlighting, and root touch-ups
- Hair smoothening and straightening treatments
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hairstyling, barbering, and haircare products.
- Follow all salon safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist and/or Barber.
- Proficient in:
- Haircuts and styles for all genders and age groups
- Beard grooming and classic shaves
- Hair coloring techniques (global, highlights, balayage, etc.)
- Hair smoothening, rebonding, and straightening treatments
- Excellent knowledge of hair care products and tools.
- Good communication and client consultation skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends.
- Promote and recommend salon treatments and retail products to clients.
- Manage appointments effectively and ensure timely service.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
