Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Door Knocker (Lead Generator). This role involves going door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to introduce our services, connect with homeowners, and generate leads for painting estimates.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, meeting new people, and earning bonus income based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to promote our painting services
- Speak with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
- Generate and submit qualified leads for estimates
- Distribute door hangers and marketing materials
- Place yard signs in approved areas
- Track and report leads generated during each shift
Compensation
- $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
- $30 bonus for every qualified in person est.
Schedule
- 9–15 hours per week
- Primarily weekday evenings (approx. 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Flexible scheduling available
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners door-to-door
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
