As a Site Logistics & Delivery Specialist, you play a vital role in supporting one of our major industrial customers by ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of automotive and heavy-duty parts.
This position is primarily responsible for scheduled deliveries to customer sites on a 6 Days On / 1 Day Off rotation. You will be the face of Bumper to Bumper while completing pick-up and deliveries and ensuring exceptional customer service. When not completing scheduled deliveries, you will assist with warehouse operations to help keep our business running efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Safely deliver and pick up automotive and heavy-duty parts using a company vehicle.
- Complete scheduled deliveries to industrial customer sites while following all customer and company safety requirements.
- Provide professional, reliable service while representing Bumper to Bumper during scheduled deliveries to our industrial site customers.
- Load, unload, and verify deliveries for accuracy.
- Receive incoming inventory and place products in their designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
- Operate a forklift safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storefront.
- Assist with additional warehouse and logistics duties as required.
What You Bring
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum 6 years of driving experience.
- Comfortable driving to industrial worksites on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Forklift, WHMIS, TDG, CSO, First Aid, or other industry safety certifications are considered assets (training provided where required).
- Previous automotive, heavy-duty, warehouse, logistics, or industrial experience is considered an asset.

Additional On-Site Training
Successful candidates will complete customer-specific orientation and safety training required to access the industrial sites serviced by Bumper to Bumper. This training ensures you have the knowledge and certifications necessary to safely perform your responsibilities while representing our company on site.
