JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Burnt Birch Trailer Association Caretaker
Location: 470012, RR 281, PO Box 9, Mulhurst Bay, Pigeon Lake AB T0C 2C0
Salary: $47,000–$50,000 annually
Accommodation: On-site residence for $100/month

Key Responsibilities:
- Security patrols and gate monitoring
- Groundskeeping and road maintenance
- Equipment operation and servicing
- Water, electrical, and sanitation system maintenance
- Beach, dock, and guest facility upkeep
- Communication with board members and officials
- Weekly progress and monthly expense reporting
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with maintenance equipment and power tools
- Valid Alberta driver's licence
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds
- WHMIS and safety compliance knowledge
