Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of lobby, amenities space, washrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to meet cleanliness standards.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial or condo cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled weekend shifts.
