In Step Physio is looking to hire a Part-Time/Casual Independent Contractor Registered Occupational Therapist for our cognitive rehabilitation program, adult and pediatric neuro programs, return to work programs along with physiotherapist, kinesiologist, and psychologist.
Hours of work:
· Casual/Part-time
Duties include:
1. To assess and treat various adult and pediatric conditions for Cognitive rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, neuro rehab and return to work program.
2. Able to learn and do Cognitive Functional capacity evaluation.
3. Great people and communication skills and willing to learn new certifications.
4. Able to maintain Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 8/10.
5. Patient retention, timely charting, patient satisfaction strategies, clinic marketing activities, program development and implementation.
