Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff during service
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Assist with menu preparation, inventory, and ordering
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff
- Help manage scheduling and kitchen efficiency
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a Sous Chef or senior line cook role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Creative, organized, and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
