Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry disciplines, including blueprint reading, framing, and finishing. This role involves working on diverse projects such as residential, commercial, and restoration sites, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to deliver high-quality craftsmanship. The position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects with a professional team dedicated to excellence in construction.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise project execution
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as required
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, roofing, and other building components
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various carpentry tasks
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to meet project specifications
- Assist with plumbing and electrical installations when necessary
- Measure and cut materials accurately using appropriate tools
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment to facilitate construction activities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Extensive experience in concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, woodworking, and siding installation
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Ability to perform rebar installation, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, and cabinetry installation
- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
