Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, professional, and knowledgeable Mat Pilates instructors who can lead safe and engaging group classes for all levels. Our Mat Pilates classes focus on strength, control, stability, core connection, and full-body movement.
The ideal candidate is comfortable teaching beginner-friendly classes while still offering progressions for clients who want a stronger challenge.
Responsibilities
- Lead 50-minute Mat Pilates group classes
- Create thoughtful and balanced class plans
- Use clear cueing, demonstration, and hands-on guidance when appropriate
- Offer modifications and progressions for different experience levels
- Support members with proper form, alignment, and confidence
- Arrive on time and prepared for each class
- Maintain a clean and professional studio environment
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming member experience
Requirements
- Mat Pilates certification required
- Teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, core engagement, and safe movement
- Ability to teach all-level classes with confidence
- Comfortable using small props such as Pilates balls, resistance bands, hand weights, and magic circles
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
- Evening and weekend availability is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
