Finishing Carpenter
Westland RV Manufacture – Lethbridge, AB
Westland RV Manufacture is a growing Canadian RV manufacturer specializing in truck campers. We are currently seeking a Production Line Carpenter to join our team. This role is essential in assembling RVs with a strong focus on cabinetry, final fit, and finish.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install cabinetry, interior panels, and trim within RV units
- Perform final fit and finish work to ensure quality and consistency
- Read and follow work orders and production drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and effectively
- Work closely with team members on the production line to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
- Wire 12V systems for all Campers
- Install pumping in Campers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, cabinet making, or related woodworking trade
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work as part of a team in close quarters
- Comfortable with a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable and a positive, team-oriented attitude
