Job Description & Requirements
We are a growing, subluxation-based chiropractic clinic in Kamloops, BC, and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $100,000–$110,000 (salary negotiable based on experience) during your first year. After your first year, you'll become eligible for profit-sharing opportunities, with future equity opportunities available as our organization expands into additional locations.
Our associate works Tuesday through Friday, with one Saturday morning per month, averaging 31–40 hours per week. You'll care for approximately 200–250 adjustments each week, with our doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient in our efficient, high-volume practice.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking patient X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Incorporating functional medicine into patient care
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Supporting patient education workshops, internal referrals, spinal screenings, corporate presentations, networking events, and other community outreach initiatives
We operate within a collaborative shared-patient model, allowing our doctors to work together while delivering consistent, patient-centered care. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship in both our clinical systems and patient attraction strategies. Our Reports of Findings are presented using a proven video-based process that enhances patient education and helps patients better understand their care recommendations.
