The Role: We are looking for a Lead Electrical Installer to execute the core electrical work for our residential solar systems. Reporting to the Market Operations Lead and working closely with the Master Electrician, you will handle the physical installation of inverters, panels, and battery systems, ensuring everything is wired correctly and safely.
What You Will Own
- Executing the physical electrical installation of solar systems (inverters, main panels, batteries).
- Ensuring all wiring and conduit work is clean, safe, and up to code.
- Guiding and mentoring Apprentice Electrician Installers on site.
- Collaborating with the Lead Solar Installer to ensure a seamless integration of roof and ground components.
Who You Are
- A skilled electrician who takes pride in clean, efficient installations.
- You hold a Journeyman Red Seal certification (Hard Requirement).
- You work well in a team environment and can lead by example on the job site.
Requirements & Nice-to-Haves
- Hard Requirement: Journeyman Red Seal certification.
- Nice-to-Have: Previous residential solar or battery storage experience.
- Nice-to-Have: NABCEP certification.
- Nice-to-Have: Working at Heights, OSHA/WSBC, First Aid certifications.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $35 – $45 per hour (T4 Employee)
- Incentive: Performance bonus structure available.
