Car Wash Attendant (Part-Time)
Valet Car Wash is looking for a dynamic, energetic, team-orientated, and friendly person to greet and serve our customers at our Kitchener location

What you will be doing:
· Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
· Monitoring vehicles waiting in the wash line up
· Ensuring safety protocols are followed
· Ensuring safety policies, procedures, professional, branding and uniform standards are met.
· Inspecting vehicles as they enter the car wash
· Checking in with customers who need assistance at pay stations
· Providing direction and assisting customers entering the car wash
· Responding to customer inquiries while they are in line and entering the wash
· Anticipating customer needs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
· Explaining and promoting available services and offers
· Ensuring customer service and company standards are met.
· Working closely with the management team
· General and seasonal site maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping and organizational duties
· Product organization and storage duties
· Receiving and storing product deliveries

· Salary range: $18.00 to $18.25 per hour
· Customer Service Experience required: 2 years
