Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes
Skills
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safety procedures
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
