Distribution company in Cranbrook BC seeking a class 3 delivery driver to join our team. We have been in business for 18 years, distributing dairy products for Saputo Foods "Dairyland" and Nestle Ice cream.
Our distribution territory consists of Cranbrook, Creston and Kimberley. Delivering to grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores and schools.
Applicant must have a clean driving history, adhere to company safety policies and provide excellent customer service.
Job description
The applicant will be trained in all areas of the business. This will include warehouse order picking and invoicing. Delivery of goods to customers along a set route. Early morning start times, 4-6am
Part Time @ 3 days per week to start. Thursday/Friday/Saturday. Possible full time in the future.
Physically fit and able to lift 50lb.
Power lift jack experience an asset, training can be provided.
Proficient with equipment pre/post trip inspections and logbook documentation.
3 years class three experience required.
Minimum 25 years of age required for insurance purposes.
Equipment - single and tandem axle reefer van bodies.
