Cafe&Life Co. is a lifestyle café brand built on craftsmanship, warm hospitality, and a love for good food and drinks. We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our Vancouver team as Barista & All-Rounder, contributing to a cozy and high-quality café experience for our neighbourhood.
What You’ll Do
- Craft high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal beverages
- Assist with pastry plating and simple food preparation
- Deliver warm, thoughtful customer service with excellent communication
- Support daily café operations — from POS to cleaning to restocking
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, positive environment
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean, cozy and organized space
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coffee, pastries, and brunch culture
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Customer-service mindset and a friendly personality
- Previous café experience is an asset, but willingness to learn is even more important
